Episode 010- Elizabeth Bishop: Rose-Rock, Rock-Rose Nice Cream

What a lovely treat for the summer months! The rose flavor comes through quite a bit and, when mixed with the banana and raspberry, gives it an almost bubblegum quality. 

Fun thing: nice cream makes good trade for iced coffee. 

Rose-Rock, Rock Rose Nice Cream (Vegan


4 bananas, peeled and frozen
1 tbsp rose water
1 tsp coconut oil
1 c frozen raspberries
2 tsp agave syrup
Up to ¼ cup of almond milk


1.    Process the bananas in food processor, adding milk as needed until just a little chunky
2.    Add raspberries, rose water, coconut oil, and agave syrup
3.    Process until smooth
4.    Put into an airtight container, wrap in plastic wrap
5.    Freeze for 3 hours and serve. Will stay good in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
